    Hamsters feet get caught on a lip right before they go down the slide. This design is horrible and needs to be corrected. The top stair should be flush with the slide and it isn’t.

    The media could not be loaded.
    Cute, a good size but quality control problems. I kept decided to shift the steps up one level and go without the bottom and then use non-toxic glue to secure the pieces. It’s still flimsy but suits it’s purpose. The size adequate for a medium Syrian hamster. Be sure to have a at least a 450 sq inch enclosure for this.
