I recommend dusting feeder insects regularly and also keeping a small dish of powder in the terrarium at all times, if possible. Away from the water dish, or loose substrate(if you have digging females or messy boys). The geckos will lick at it and insects will nibble on it. Also a great place to put mealworms, the gecko(s) will always get a pinch of it every time they nab a worm. Don't use too much, a big mouthful of powder is really annoying.
For dusting, I use a clear tube ("large" pre roll tubes, the wide ones with the removable caps on either end). I sprinkle some dust in there, usually before I gather the crickets, then collect the right amount of crickets from their habitat, generally by placing the tube in a corner and herding some crickets into it. Or sometimes I need to capture them one at a time, in which case I cap the tube between captures to keep my escape rate low. Either way, when they're in there, I slowly rotate the tube. No need to shake it. Just the action of crawling around in there gets the bugs well dusted. Then I can dump the feeders in the reptile enclosure, or set the tube down with one or both ends open and let them emerge on their own. If you dump, be aware some dust will always spill out. If I dump, I do it over the vitamin/food dish.
Tip: When you get a new container, with the paper seal still intact beneath the lid, don't peel it all the way off. Poke a hole in it with a pencil or pair of scissors or something. It will help reduce wastefulness.
Repashy makes an Excellent product and I have no problem reaching for it before any other product given the choice.
I recommend and use ( my own large collection) Repashy supplements and products.
They are made out of the highest quality ingredients available, and one of the few supplements that does have preformed vitamin A in it. Most supplements have beta-carotene rather than vitamin A, that Reptiles and fittings cannot convert to vitamin A easily Hence, those supplements will often create a deficiency of vitamin A in the animals fed such

So like my clients, I feel you should use these products if you have a reptile or amphibian that needs a supplement ( and said that's just about every species Kept in captivity).
